1. Property and Facilities Managers, under real estate business AREP provides management services to different properties including apartments, villas, commercial/residential, office blocks. As a company we manage these properties on behalf of the land lord or property owner. We address all issue concerning the subject properties on behalf of the land lord / owner. Initially when the property is ready to be used for different purpose, we undergo rental valuation in order to know on how much to charge per square meter, this is for new property or if the rent should be reviewed. Then there are some charges associated with rent such as parking charge, service charge, security deposit, documentation fee and others. Also under management we impose different methods to market the subject property. Generally property management is about marketing, letting, collecting rents, and other charges enter into contract with service providers such as Tanesco, Dawsco (Water authority), cleaners and Maintenance Company and to make sure the property is performing as it was designed for.
2. Estate Agency, we do by connect between seller and buyer of different properties by marketing the subject property using different methods such as internet and posting letters to different potential clients as well as brochures.
3. Land Development Consultants, AREP also devoted to provide consultancy service on matters concerning land development. We do feasibility study of the proposed development in order to see if it will comply with the condition attached to the subject land, to evaluate the competitors who are already in the market and the upcoming ones, etc. Also we provide consultancy on high and best use of the land.
4. Valuation, we provide valuation service of different assets such as plant and machinery, land and buildings, agricultural (farm assets), special purposes such as religious buildings, night clubs, petrol station, etc.  for different purpose such as mortgage, sales and purchase, transfer, financial purpose, insurance purpose, rating purpose (property tax), renting purpose (rental assessment), and compensation purpose.
5. Fixed Asset Valuation and Codification, asset valuation meant for financial reporting variables. As an institution, organization or company you are required/will need to do this valuation so as to know the value of the assets that assists you’re organization in daily activities and brings you a certain profits to your organization. Assets that are referred here are those which are used in daily activities and not stocks for sales. It includes land and buildings, computer and related equipment, furniture (office or household), plant and machinery, earth moving equipment, Farm implements, motor vehicles, and  equipment's (office, lab, hospital, telecom and households), etc. Also in order to have a good management of assets an organization will need to give their assets a code which will discourage petty thefts and privilege of company assets, facilitate assets identification, proper management of assets, and it facilitate an asset registry.
6. Land Survey, Under land survey we survey any land whether it is a plot or a farm and we help our clients to get certificates of right of occupancy. This is done through connecting our clients to the responsible authority for preparation of the certificates of right of occupancy. 
7. Environmental Cleaning and Maintenance, AREP also provides cleaning services to different customers whether it is an institution, organizations, private companies, Offices, residential areas, Government offices etc. Also upon agreement we can manage a property, maintain it and provide cleaning services at the same time.
